• Photos & videos — Profile photo, selfie, face-authentication images or video clips used for identity checks.
• Files & documents — Application forms, identity proofs, address proofs, and certificate-related uploads.
• Device identifiers — Used for login security, session management, and fraud prevention.
• App activity — Login attempts, application progress, and service usage.
• Financial info — Collected only if payment processing is enabled for your account.

How We Use Your Data

• To create and manage your PantaSign account.
• To process DSC applications, identity verification, and document submissions.
• To send application status updates and support communications.
• To maintain platform security and prevent misuse.
• To process payments where applicable.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Data is shared only as needed to deliver the service — with verified partners such as OTP providers, payment processors, video verification services, or regulatory authorities — and only to the extent required by your request or applicable law.

Channel Partner Program

PantaSign runs a Channel Partner Program under which authorised individuals and businesses promote and process PantaSign Services and earn commission. This Section explains how Partner data, and the User data that Partners handle, are treated.

Partner roles

Partner information we collect

• Identity and business details: name, mobile number, email, address, PAN, GSTIN (if any), firm name, and KYC documents.
• Photograph and verification content needed for approval and onboarding.
• Bank and payment details (account holder name, account number, IFSC, UPI ID) used only to pay commission.
• Role, region, network position, and agreement acceptance records.
• Activity data: applications processed, tokens or services sold, commission earned and paid, login history, device and IP data.

How we use Partner information

• To verify, approve and onboard you in the correct role.
• To calculate, record and pay commission, and issue statements.
• To deduct tax at source and comply with tax and GST requirements.
• To manage portal access, prevent fraud and enforce the Partner Agreement.
• To provide training, support and Program updates.
• To audit Program compliance and resolve disputes.

Visibility within the network

To run a role-based commission structure, limited summary information (such as name, region and volume or commission figures) may be visible to Partners in a higher role. Bank details, KYC documents and other sensitive personal data of a Partner are never visible to other Partners.

User data handled by Partners

When a Partner processes an application for a User, the Partner acts only on our behalf and on the User's request. Every Partner must:

• collect only the data necessary for the application, and only after informing the User and obtaining the User's consent.
• use User data solely to complete the requested service.
• not store, copy, photograph, forward, sell or otherwise misuse User documents, photographs or verification content outside PantaSign-approved systems.
• keep portal credentials confidential and not allow any other person to use them.
• not retain User data after the application is completed, except as expressly required by law.
• follow the IT Act, the DPDP Act, CCA guidelines and PantaSign's written instructions. and
• report any suspected breach or unauthorised access to PantaSign immediately, and in any case within [24/48] hours.

Commission, tax and records

Commission is payable only for genuine, completed and verified transactions in accordance with the Partner Agreement. We may deduct tax at source and share the required details with tax authorities. Partners are independent business persons and not employees of PantaSign. Commission and payment records are retained as required by tax and company law.

Prohibited conduct and consequences

Fraudulent applications, use of false or another person's identity, misuse of User data, sharing of login credentials and any breach of this Section may result in suspension or termination of the Partner account, withholding or recovery of commission as permitted by the Partner Agreement, and civil or criminal action.

On termination

When a Partnership ends, portal access is disabled, and the Partner must delete or return all User data in its possession and confirm this in writing on request. Partner data is retained only for the periods described in Section 9.

Third-Party Links and Services

The website and app may contain links to other websites and services (for example government portals). We do not control and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Please read their policies before sharing data.

Communications

We send service messages (OTPs, status updates, receipts) as part of the Services. Promotional messages, including through our WhatsApp channel, are sent only with your consent, and you can opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe option or by contacting us.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The latest version, with its effective date, will always be available at www.pantasign.com/privacy-policy. Where a change materially affects how your personal data is processed, we will notify you and, where required, seek fresh consent.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Policy is governed by the laws of India. Subject to any dispute resolution clause in your Partner Agreement or Terms of Service, the courts at [Meerut, Uttar Pradesh] have exclusive jurisdiction.
